If i was truly happy all the time , i will never appreciate life. Life that was given by god. Not only by water , but by blood. Sometimes we need to miss things in order to realize how valuable it is or want things to realise how important it is . If i was happy all the time , where would god be then?

Becareful of what you think ; your life is shaped by your thoughts. You're not what u think u are , but what you think , you are. If you want to change , change your thoughts , change only comes with a new thinking.

What you feel.. determines how u act. The last stage is acting , and if u want to change the way u act , change the way u think! Sometimes u act depressed , why? Because you feel depressed and why? Because u think of negative & unhealthy thoughts. Same goes to anger and all the other kiinds of destructive thoughts.

Came back from RBS a couple of days ago. I would say it didnt change my life , but it changed my perspective towards things. Of course , as days pass , i learn to die to self. Which means dying to my old habits & planting it with new fruits. Another things , no doubt i strive to be better everyday , to be less tempermental & more patient with people.

So many friends that are incredible there & the thing is that people are trying so hard to change and be someone better. I never knew how much of burden & sorrow i have inside of me myself till , i put everything else away from me & let god deal with it. & to see how God has mould me in this 5 weeks camp to be someone that i've always strive to be.. is just amazing. Waking up at 7.30 in the morning everyday isnt really my kind of thing but as i return home , i actually like waking up early. Keeping up with my devotions isnt really the easiet thing to do , feeling lazy sometimes , but as soon i start thinking of certain things & discipline ive learned , i will do it. Journaling in rbs is prob the best thing , somewhere i can totally be real & honest with , i can write up to 6-8 pages a day , true story.

Getting involve in OA and missions was never my thing , i never like being out of my comfort zone but going for OA and missions opened up my eyes to so many things , i think this is exactly where i want to serve god at. The first week being up there was completely SLOW yet depressing , for the fact i DID cry everyday for the first week there. No , i DID not cry because i miss home infact i dont at all. Tears of broken heart & shattered hopes was poured out , it was indeed depressing & miserable. Bought a book for book report by Max lucado Name " A love worth giving" , I have to completely agree with the feedbacks that its a book everyone should read it , especially those who are facing difficulties. It help me to recover and to move on with a positive mindset & most of all , to love others inspite of their wrong doings & hatred against you.

The rest of the days there passed by too quickly & without noticing , gaining alot of weight there as well. I was sent to Ipoh , somewhere ive ALWAYS wanted to visit & the church there was so welcoming , left with a heavy heart :( :(. Travelled back to Pj and stayed in PJGH , with sleeping bags. And during graduation night , everything just ended so fast :(. Many left with joy , but some didnt want to leave. Everything comes to an end , and now.. the journey begins for all of us. The question is , can we live up to the commitments we made or we cant?

So far , yes. But wait till the fire stops burning , will we remember this experience / knowledge we've gained / commitments after few months down the road , or even one month?

Woke up to this beautiful weather today & it already made my day , funny how the weirdest thing can make people satisfied & happy. Not just that , the thought of having one week left here before heading up to camerons kinda scares me , in every possible way. I would like to believe that things are planned/made for a reason , or preferability i would like to say , force, also meant for a purpose & reason. This burden sitting on my shoulder , isnt going anywhere , yet.

People should really think twice before they speak , but you? thrice. Why are u such a dragg?

As i ponder & i realised , being afraid wouldnt bring me anywhere. I need to find that strength to fight , thats all it takes. But why , really , am i so afraid? This makes me feel , i'm swallowing this fear.

This holiday , i've learnt too much. It was like an experience placed infront of me , but i just never knew , and that was the exact time i explored & registered. I have everything to be thankful for , especially to those people who believed in me , or still believe in me. I hope by this time of next year , i will be getting the exact results that i want for my college exams , or at least the results that i deserve. Simply because in the future , i want to be different & people would look differently at me. Not to forget , to give happiness to my kids , in the very future , the happiness they deserve most. I want college to be different , i want it to be as productive , i want to work hard for overseas scholarship & all i want , is for my parents to be proud of me.

God knows what the future holds.

Headed down to penang the oddest time , it was literally food marathon all the way. Felt like the fattest girl in the world , gained 4 kg , blame the medicine(side effects) + penang. I had the best wantan mee there , what was different was that its a herbal wantan mee. Nontheless it was crazyy fun & filled with truckloads of food.

Went to chic pop last saturday & i went up to random people taking photos of them , simply only because i liked their outfit or what they're wearing. But not necessarily how they matched it.

Its so hard to find the perfect jeans , my legs are just out of shape. My waist is the size of 24 but my thigh is the waist of 25 (can fit but quite tight) /26 for tight fitting and when i put my jeans on , it doesnt look good at the bottom of my legs , its so disproportionate!

just imagine if i put on size 26 : Waist , super loose. Thigh : just nice . At the bottom : super loose

Im talking about straight skinny jeans.

And i cant wear sleeveless shirts , because i dont work out anymore , which leads my arms in not a good shape. Im still waiting for the right time to start kickboxing btw , just so busy with everything :( .

such a heartbreak when i tried a jeans today & mummy told me " your legs arent in good shape anymore" SHOOT ME.

First day of work was really fun ehheee people there are really friendly plus there are kids around so things dont seem too quiet. When i was young , My two upper front or sometimes at the bottom teeth is always missing & i hated it when it gets loose and u know thats when ur teeth will be extract. I remember mummy used to use dental floss to extract it for me cause i was too scared of dentist , i never had a perfect set of teeth :(. I was even scared to do molding for braces , Aaaahhhhh braces injection was the worst of all. The moment the dentist pick up the injection i literally moved away from it like...3 freakingg times!

Happyy new year peoplee :) New long year ahead of us , kinda look forward to this. Since (for now ) i have no plans yet , just sticking to whats coming & going.

Flashing back

2010 has been so wonderful to me in everyway , especially dynamitez 2010 , it made me realise how blessed i am to have friends like them all. It was worth going through hard times with everysingle one of them. Through blood , sweat , tears & misunderstanding , how much more can i ask? They have been nothing but a blessing & truly great to me , so thankful for people like them :)
Not just that , it has also been a wonderful experience although we didnt get what we were aiming for but in the end of the day its all about how close & grew from all the lessons , & gaining 15 other really goodfriends worth more than the trophy.

Other than that , i seriously thank god i had another opportunity to be in the same class as the same people. I didnt quite enjoy being in the same class but so much has change this year , although some of us are chinese ad & some not but we click well at the end of the day. They can be quite unpredictable in certain things ... They left a footprint in me , and i find myself wanting to know them & have more mamaks + karaoke ( not my cup of tea tho!) LIKE I SAID , its who you are hanging out with that matters.

And church friends , they're all amazing equally. I'll definately miss being in high school ( NOT SCHOOL) , now that im not in highschool anymore , i'll feel...old in camps? Sighh

Today marks the last day of 2010 , new year eve. I dont quite look forward to 2011 , i would like to.. time travel back. Which also means , people come & go out of your life . I dont handle farewells & people leaving well , im a sucker for this. It's hard to get so used to people being around you ,especially getting comfortable with them & now that i've got to get used to people not being in HERE. Hmmmmm..
